We asked for a little extra to be done on the first job because the bits they had done looked so much better than the bits we had initially decided could be left alone. I felt I had to push Alastair a little to get quotes and start dates, but I would far rather that than have someone who is pushing me. The work done seems high quality and the prices compared very favourably with other quotes we got.”
